We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Analyze data and insights to develop actionable strategies for product positioning and promotion.
Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target audience.
Create innovative and effective strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

Optimize digital marketing efforts to enhance reach, engagement, and conversion rates. I’d like you to collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, and promotional assets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Human Resources Executive at Adeves. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions. This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
HR Management and HR Operations skills
Experience in Media/News field
Office and Staff management
Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR policies
Experience in Human Resources (HR)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Relevant HR certifications are a plus 

Responsibilities:

· Develop a strategic social media plan aligned with business goals.
· Create a compelling story to be shared on social networks.
· Manage day-to-day interaction with followers/Clients who may ask questions or make complaints.
· Build relationships with influencers in the digital space
· Create content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, linkedin etc
· Create the photo or video content to post on social media sites
· Engage with the community in a friendly way to foster relationships and dialogue
· Monitor and comment on content created by fans and followers
· Maintain an active social media presence across all platforms as needed
· Monitoring competitors’ social media channels to stay current with industry trends, ideas, and topic
· Influencer Marketing

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters (Marketing, Communication or related field).
1-3 years of experience.
Excellent English fluency is mandatory.
Exceptional Multi-tasking skills is mandatory.
Maintain a high level of quality control on all posts.
